Stunning Onon is an awesome dog ready to find his family. He’s a 2 year old Labrador Retriever cross Mastiff, standing at 64 cm (25 inches) and weighing 32 kg (70 lbs), he has a beautiful deep sand fluffy coat.
He has a great combination of the best qualities of a Labrador and a Mastiff: affectionate, submissive to people, sociable with dogs, loyal, obedient, playful… He’s a favourite among volunteers for walks! He’s very trusting of people and loves getting attention and head rubs. He shares his kennel with male and female dogs and has never had a problem with another dog.
To sum up Onon, he is sociable, affectionate and playful. He seems to always be happy!
Poor Onon arrived at the pound in April 2016. He was found wandering the streets in Spain, underweight and looking like nobody had taken care of him in a long time. His only problem stems from the fact that he is a young, active dog living in a kennel and going out less than once a week, so understandably he has a lot of energy when he goes out and pulls on the lead. But that’s something that would improve a lot with daily exercise and a garden to play and run around in all day. This lad would just LOVE a big garden! Onon is not cat tested.
Currently in Spain, he will travel to the UK when a home is ready. He has no known health issues and has been vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, neutered, microchipped and has a Pet Passport.
