Hooch is a stunning male Mastiff Cross who came into our care recently as an emergency. Hooch is approximately 18 months old and hasn’t had a great time up until now. Hooch is terrified of the outside world, He is now learning that going for walks isn’t scary and is actually quite fun! He can also be wary of new people and may bark or grumble. However, he doesn’t take long to come around and once he trusts you will be your best friend! He loves to play (by playing hooch hits you with his big paws!) and he loves to have cuddles and lots of fuss!

Hooch is good with all dogs, male/female, big and small, He would benefit from living with a confident dog for company. Hooch cannot live with cats. He is fine with children but we would recommened a home where any children are 8+ years due to his initial nervousness. Hooch is house trained, he is also crate trained, however he doesn’t need a crate and is fine to be left alone and is not destructive (He just sleeps on the sofa until you come home!) He also knows the basics. Hooch walks well on the lead but does need a bit of encouragement at times.

Hooch needs a new home where his owners will be able to help him grow in confidence. He is such a lovely boy who just needs his chance! Hooch is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and flee’d and wormed up to date. He does currently have very dry and flakey skin which we are investigating with the vets to try and find the cause of this, we are able to give full details of his skin condition to any potential adoptive homes.
